RETURNS POLICY: IS 30 DAYS FOR QUALIFIED RETURNS

SECURITYSYSTEMS.COM; ALARMSYSTEM.COM;AUDIO DETERRENT SYSTEMS is 100% in compliance with PayPal and all credit card processors as we clearly and unequivocally spell out our RETURN POLICY in easy to understand language so there are no misunderstandings.  Any questions, disagreements or issues concerning a return ARE QUICKLY RESOLVED by referring to this policy.

RETURN POLICY: PLEASE READ VERY CAREFULLY THIS ENTIRE POLICY

ONE MORE TIME: PLEASE READ VERY CAREFULLY!

You must e-mail or call us at 1-888-292-4455 within thirty days of receiving your product. There are NO exceptions to this time period. All purchases are tracked with a delivery date. You must request a return authorization # (R.A.) that is to be included with your returned purchase.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:  If you had purchased on-line through the PayPal processor your purchase price will be refunded back electronically minus a $15.00 testing and restocking fee.

If your purchase was made over the phone with a credit card your refund will be subject to a 3.59 % processing fee. We have paid this to the credit card processing company and it is not returned to us. This fee is based on your entire purchase amount which includes shipping.  Your refund is then also subject to the $15.00 testing and restocking fee.

In both scenarios: All Shipping charges are non refundable. Naturally unlike your returned product these are services that can not be reversed.

 

You must Request A Return Authorizations # (R.A.)

This R.A. number is required to be written and clearly visible on the OUTSIDE OF THE RETURN BOX.

ANY RETURNED MERCHANDISE WITH NO VISIBLE R.A. # ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY

With exception to the clear plastic surrounding the boxes everything must be 100% intact. We can not accept any product that is not sent back in the original box along with all the components. 

INSIDE THE BOX INCLUDE YOUR NAME, ADDRESS, E-MAIL ADDRESS AND DATE OF PURCHASE.

To send your product back follow these instructions to the “letter”. Use the United States Post office. Do not use any other shipping method. This is the most economical and will also guarantee a speedy refund.

Choose Two day priority with SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION

Along with the RMA # please include a brief note explaining the reason for the return as well as your name, address, phone, and e-mail address & DATE OF PURCHASE.
