Return Policy

You are entitled to 100% of your purchase price should you decide to return your system or any ad-on camera. You must e-mail or call us at 1-888-292-4455 within thirty days of receiving your product. You must Request an RMA # that is to be included with your return. With exception to the clear plastic surrounding the boxes everything must be 100% intact. We can not accept any product that is not sent back in the original box along with all the components.  If you had purchased on-line through the PayPal processor 100% of your purchase price will be refunded. If your purchase was made over the phone your refund will be subject to a 3% processing fee. We have paid this to the credit card processing company and it is not returned to us. This fee is based on your entire purchase amount which includes shipping.  All Shipping charges are non refundable.

To send your product back follow these instructions to the “letter”. Use the United States Post office. Do not use any other shipping method. This is the most economical and will also guarantee a speedy refund. Choose Two day priority with “delivery confirmation”. You are shipping to our company P.O. Box and “signature confirmation” which is more expensive is not necessary when sending to the United States Post office.

Along with the RMA # please include a brief note explaining the reason for the return as well as your name, address, phone, and e-mail address.
