WE REFUSE TO SELL THIS JUNK

We tested a dozen purchased from every on-line site including E-bay and Amazon

1.     The lenses, pcb (printed circuit board) and batteries are made from the cheapest substitutes available (polymer, not Lithium-ion)

2.     The recorded video has "scratchy" lines and objects and colors are distorted.

3.     The audio will intermittently have "quacking sounds"

4.     Nearly one third of the units we tested never worked out of the box. (the batteries are dead)

5.     Of those that did, ALL of them failed to work properly.

6.     "Jamming" of files (renders the unit inoperable) is the most common problem. The finished video can not be saved and is lost forever.

7.     The maximum power on time of all the units we tested was 4 Hrs. (not 10-12 hrs as advertised) After repeated videos and recharging this dropped to 2 Hrs (The result of 4-5 yr old batteries)

 PRICE IS KING

We know price is king and a low price is hard to resist. This is the business plan all these vendors use.

They're confident if you've shopped and seen spy clock cameras at four times their price you'll assume the companies selling the higher priced units must be gouging their customers and you've just found a great bargain. They are masters at "reeling in" unsuspecting customers.

They are not in the security business rather they sell anything they can get their hands on that is in demand. They purchase cheap outdated products, replicas, counterfeits, refurbished products, damaged inventory and everything they sell has a very limited warranty because they know their products are of inferior quality. Like all cut-rate sellers they know the lower the price the likelihood you'll never complain or seek a return.

AMAZON

It is ridiculous to purchase a spy clock on Amazon. They are all the outdated units. We have spoken to literally hundreds of our customers that purchased a spy clock on Amazon. E-BAY

There are thousands of Chinese students and "entrepreneurs" selling cheap products on E-Bay. They are all selling defective units that failed QC 5-6 years ago.  Our rep in China knows a person that purchases these failed spy clocks for only .50cents each and sells hundreds of them weekly on E-Bay with multiple listings ranging from $29 - $49.  All are defective. Some record for only 5 minutes.  He offers to replace it once you send it back.  Here is the "catch".   Unless it is sent back via UPS or Fed Ex / insured, signature required he never responds.
