Hi this Is Bill, I’m the owner of SecuritySystems.com and I’m extremely pleased and excited to have this brand new spy pen that can be used as a motion activated covert surveillance camera. The original model we still carry is limited to video with audio and snap pictures and both these modes need to be manually operated like any spy pen.  This brand new spy pen however ads a third mode of audio separately but the really exciting feature is the ability to leave it in the standby mode and when someone walks within the field of view it will automatically record video with audio and time date the action right down to the second.

 Although we do carry a few self contained motion activated cameras this spy pen is the most inconspicuous of all of them. Recently we had an inquiry from a past customer who had a problem with one of his long time employees stealing cash on a continuing basis. He wasn’t sure which employee it was and the thief was so bold he had even disabled the surveillance camera the owner had previously purchased from us. We sent him one of these new pens while we were going through our testing stage and he quickly caught the thief. He placed the spy pen on a shelf in a cup with other pens and pencils and when the thief entered his office it recorded his every move. The video showed the thief slowly looking at the entire perimeter searching for another surveillance camera. Satisfied there wasn’t any camera he went to the cash drawer and stole the money. We got a call from our customer telling us what had happened and needless to say he was extremely pleased with the product.
