difference is the addition of this 4th
operating mode of motion activation.
IMPORTANT:
When this spy pen is used WITHOUT THE CUSTOM AC
ADAPTER in the motion stand-by mode while "waiting"
to detect motion activity
it is using power.
Thus the correct application would be if after placing
the unit the expected recording(s) will take place
within 70 minutes.
Conversely
if you utilize the AC Custom Adapter
the unit now has permanent power and will record
at any time activity takes place.
IMPORTANT:
In this motion mode when it's left unattended the
unit
will slowly blink a soft blue light.
When it detects motion the blinking increases and
when the subject leaves the field of view it reverts
back to a slow blink waiting for the next activation.
This light
is purposely not disabled as you would not
be able to test the unit and determine if it was
indeed recording. Additionally
because the mode light is mid barrel and on the
opposite side of the unit
it will not be noticed.
Using the pen manually at a meeting or in your pocket
there is
NO blinking
light to give it away. In the motion mode
it would not be used by this manual method.
You would instead stick it in a container with other
pens, lean it against a background or otherwise
positioned it so the light will never be seen.
